1. What about the watts and color and the PCB Board of the led strip?
Normally we make the watts and the PCB Board of the led strip lights according to the market requirement.But if you have any special requirement,you can tell us by email.And if it is allowed,our engineers will design the led strip lights according to your requirement.And the color of the lights can be: warm white,natural white,cool white,red,blue,green,yellow,RGB,RGBW 4 Color,RGBWW 5 Color and so on.The color temperature for white can be: from 2500K-15000K;If you need special color,you can tell us freely.And we can make the led strip according to your special color requirement.
2. What material?
We choose the high quality smd led and high quality PCB Board for our led strip lights.And we use the Silica gel material for the waterproof;The LED is very bright and high quality;The lumen of 5050 can reach:22-24LM;The lumen of 3528 can reach:7-8LM;The lumen of 2835 can reach:24-26Lm;The lumen of 5730 can reach: 55-60Lm and so on.All the Led and PCB Board are of very high quality;
3. Can you print my picture or logo on the products?
Yes, we can print your picture or logo on PCB Board of led strip and other place.And you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.
4. Can you sell other led strip lights and aluminium profile which are not displayed on your website?
Yes, of course.As you known,we have many professional engineers in our company.So you can tell us your special design and then we will deign the led strip lights according to your requirement.So i think we can supply you any led strip lights with good price and good quality.Because we are very proffesional.
5. What kind of guarantee you give?
Our led strip lights can be used more than 50,000 hours. If it is damaged,you can taken the pictures to show us.And then we can tell you how to repair them if it does not take too much touble.If you can not repair them,we will send the new ones to you directly.Because the distance is too long to ship the goods back.
6. Your led lights meet CE/RoHS requirements?
yes,our products has passed many certifications,such as: CE,ROHS,ETL,DLC,SAA,UL and so on

9. How do I pay?
Please transfer the payment from your bank to our bank account(T/T) .And you can also pay your money by western union or paypal.
10. How do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the deposit which is 30%(for normal led strip) or 50%(for Customized Design led strip) of total payment.When we finish manufacturing your goods, we will email you the pictures for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.
11.Producing time?
Our regular producing time for your order is 6-15 days from the date of confirmation. However, it can be +/- depending on which item you have orderred and the quantity.
12.Shipping?
Can be delivery by DHL or UPS or Fedex or China post or HK post or by air or by sea. The approximate transit time by air is 5 business days maximum and by sea 15-35 days. Air charge is different for different country.
